Our Process

We make custom-branded bottled water easy. Whether you need a few for a small real estate office or dental clinic, or larger quantities for a network of franchise locations, we have a solution for you. Here’s how to start customizing your branded water bottles with RippleFX:

Step 1. Tell us about your needs, quantity of bottles, type of use, deadlines (if you have any), budget, and branding (including pantone colours). When working with us, you cut out the middleman as we’re the manufacturer. With over 20 years experience making custom-branded bottled water, we know what works — but we’re always interested in breaking the mold and being at the forefront of branding. Be as innovative or creative as you want and we’ll do our best to make it happen.

Step 2. Our team will prepare a custom quote for your project that fits in your budget. We can also provide options to help lower your unit costs down when applicable. Also, if you have limited storage but need a regular flow of water, we can store them in our warehouse and deliver as you need it.

Step 3. Sign off on the quote ensuring the quantities, bottle shape, and cap colour are correct and let us know your preferred payment method – we accept Visa, MC, EFT, cheque. Email any branding or design elements you want incorporated into the label and our talented designers will get to work on your design.

Step 4. We’ll email you a digital proof of the label and ask that you approve the design or request a final round of changes. Once approved, your first order of custom-branded water bottles will be delivered within 14-21 days.

Other Things to Note

Delivery

RippleFX Water delivers within the Greater Vancouver Area on one of our trucks. For deliveries outside this area, we use a 3rd party carrier. Be sure to let us know if we’re delivering to a business or residence, if you need hand cart service or if you can accept the order on a pallet, and if you need a delivery time estimate or phone call when we’re on our way.

How and where to store your bottled water

A 24 pack of 500ml bottled water is about the same size as a case of printer paper. An order of 1,200 bottles is about 42”L x 48”W x 54”H and weighs about 1,300 lbs. If you’re ordering a large quantity, let us know and we can deliver the water in batches over the next 3-12 months in any quantities or frequency you need.

Bottled water is a food product and should be stored in a cool dry environment out of direct sunlight. All RippleFX Water products have a “Best By” date of 1 Year from the bottling date printed on the bottle.

Packaging & Boxes

RippleFX Water uses 100% recyclable and post-consumer recycled materials in all packaging. To reduce packaging and cost, recyclable shrink film is used instead of boxes. If you prefer boxes, please note that $1.00 per 24 pack will be added to your invoice. Please specify this when ordering.

Bottle Deposits & Recycling Fees

Our bottles are recyclable in British Columbia and Alberta. Deposits and recycling fees will be charged on your invoice and when the bottles are returned, the recipient will receive the deposit refund.
