Custom Water Bottle Labels
in Alberta and BC
There are 3 ways to order your custom water bottle labels in Alberta and British Columbia from Ripple FX water:
- Email orders@ripplefxwater.com – This account is monitored weekdays between 8-4pm pacific time.
- Phone 604 522 4400 – We’re at our desks between 8-4pm pacific time. Afterhours, select extension 2 from the voicemail prompts to leave an order with our order desk and we’ll call back the next day to confirm.
- Fax 604 522 4474 – All faxes are delivered to us electronically, so no trees have to die. We monitor incoming faxes during business hours only.
Call or email us to start a new order for custom water bottle labels. Let us know if you prefer to correspond through email or phone and we’ll contact you ASAP via your preferred method to get additional details or confirm your order.
Our minimum order of custom water bottles in Alberta and BC is 504 bottles. However, you can order a batch as small as 144 bottles for minimum charge of $50.
The set-up cost of $129 includes full color 4/C process digital printing on waterproof poly that’s also 100% recyclable.

No. We will print all labels, but bottling and delivery will be delivered as needed. After your initial order, we require a 7 business day lead time for any subsequent deliveries using the same label. Call our customer service department for more details.

You will receive a phone call or email prior to delivery. The invoice and credit card receipt will be emailed to you.
Bottle Deposits and Recycling Fees (or Eco Fees) are charged in BC and Alberta and all are remitted directly to ENCORP or ABCRC. The deposit is refunded to the person that returns the bottle to the depot. The recycling fee is collected to pay for the recycling system. The system works very well and bottled water is among the highest returned beverage container!
We require 3 weeks lead time from label approval to delivery for our 500ml Ribbed and Smooth Shape bottles. Expect 4-5 weeks for all 355ml, 250ml, and 1L bottles. If you require a specific delivery deadline, please let us know when you place your order.
Yes, we can accommodate almost any rush request depending on the size of the bottle and the time of the year. Rush orders are $99 and apply to any new order requiring less than 3 weeks. Not all rushes can be accommodated, but when we make the commitment we will stay up all night to get your order done!
Once your project has been sent to the Art Department and they have begun your designs, there will be a cancellation charge.

Most orders are packaged in high quality shrink film.
250ml, 355ml, and 500ml ribbed bottles will have a tray supporting the bundle. Orders of 250 cases or more may only be shrink bundled.
***4L HDPE is always boxed
RippleFX Water makes all its products in New Westminster, BC. Nothing is subcontracted.
All orders being delivered in the Greater Vancouver Area are delivered on RippleFX Water trucks, same day so we don’t provide tracking numbers. For deliveries outside this area, we use 3rd party carriers and can provide their tracking numbers upon request.
Yes, you can use a carrier of your own choice. We will require the completed bill of lading, a completed packing slip, and the contact name and phone number at the freight company.
